Trade stands occupy the very best locations for guaranteed constant visitor traffic.
Space Rental Cost
Up to 16sq.m. – €130 per sq. metre
16 to 36sq.m. – €110 per sq. metre
Over 36sq.m. – €90 per sq. metre
This is carpeted floor space in prime areas which often suits companies/brands that prefer to build their own stand.
Standfitting – simply add: €40 per sq. metre
Above pricing + VAT
This is a fantastic opportunity to turn this Show into your Showroom in 2018. Dealers offering quality vehicles (all price ranges) can apply for space. Dealer space is limited so please enquire today.
Space Rental Cost for Classic Car Dealers
€50.00 + VAT per square metre – includes carpet.
How much space will I need? You should allow a minimum of 5m x 1.7 per car when working out how much space you need – buyers need to be able to fully access the vehicles.
AUTOJUMBLE / Classic Traders
The Autojumble Zone is a very popular feature at the RIAC National Classic Car Show. Stand Space in the Indoor Autojumble is limited and is available to traders who sell relevant branded parts, art, books and memorabilia and not to traders who sell solely new and branded products.
With over 12,000 classic car enthusiasts attending excellent business is assured for those participating.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR TRADE STANDS AND CLASSIC CAR DEALERS:
Stand may be reserved by completion and return of the Application for Space Form together with the appropriate booking deposit to SDL Exhibitions Ltd. UK Exhibitors are not required to pay vat but need to supply a valid UK/EU Vat no. All payments must be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card.
